More mystery photos

It’s not as easy to take mystery photos as you might think! See what you can make of these…

This one is easy. Hint - taken in Qld from a moving vehicle by an inept wildlife photographer. Hint: it had rained.

  1. Mike says:

    1. Condensation on a window
    2. A peacock?
    3. Elephant skin, for sure.
    4. An Echidna actually eating ants?! Wow.
    5. Pollen!
    6. Mud, sideways to be tricky.
    7. Tent fly.

    What do I win! 😀

  2. Fred says:

    1. looking through wet glass (tabletop?) at your deck?
    2. ?
    3. back of Pete’s neck?
    4. I’ll go with the ant eater
    5. ?
    6. thermal mud
    7. ?

  3. Mum says:

Mike gets 5 and a half out of seven – well done! Fred gets half for his answer to number 1 – it is our deck; and he did get number 4. right except we call them “echidnas” out here!

“The back of Pete’s neck” gets a bonus point for Fred because it made me laugh.

So far it’s Mike 5.5; Fred 2.5. Any other attempts?

  4. Ange says:

Hmmm…. It’s hard to know what Mike got wrong!
    1. View out the front windows to the deck (ah Winter chilliness)
    2. Cassowary from the car in QLD
    3. Mud?… Or maybe it’s some weird fabric…..
    4. A poor echidna being eaten by ants!
    5. Pollen in a river/creek/lake/pond
    6. Mud (but would you really have two of mud…?)
    7. And gotta agree with Mike – a tent fly taken from inside.

How did I do?? I’ve never taken part before – how excitement! 🙂

  5. Mum says:

Six out of seven for Ange! Between you, you’ve got them all right. Well done – will have to find trickier ones next time!
